LPS – Luxury Property Show Shanghai 2018
Bees Communication will return to the Far East in December as Italian representative for the eighteenth edition of LPS, a flagship event dedicated to the Chinese elite.
Over two hundred exhibitors from forty countries will be attending in Shanghai from 7 to 9 December 2018 showcasing luxury properties; among the main participants real estate agencies, territories, public and private entities.
The target of this unique event are a selected audience of Chinese investors who receive an exclusive invitation for the occasion. In fact, more than twelve thousand visitors were registered at each of the three annual LPS editions since 2010.
From 2016 to 2017, China witnessed an increase of 14% in the number of HNWI that reached about 1.37 millions of which almost two hundred thousand live in Shanghai, during 2018 it is expected that they will invest over 80 USD billion in the foreign real estate market.
LPS is the ideal showcase for the Italian luxury real estate that investors always keep an eye on, in just three but intense days Italy will have a place of honorinside the luxurious and central Shanghai Exhibition Center; this edition of the event, in fact, will pay tribute to our country with a series of conferences and dedicated events for which we should also thank the Italian Consulate and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and sponsors such as Ferretti Group and Maserati.
Among the big names that will come back to this edition, it is worth mentioning the Italian RE MAX office which, for the third consecutive time, decided to take part with an entirely dedicated exhibition space.
