Bees Communication: our March!

March has been a month full of appointments, projects and satisfactions for Bees Communication, which in a few weeks has seen the realization of months spent working in internationalization and events.

The month has started with the participation to Select USA, initiative promoted by the federal American Government to promote the USA as an investment destination and increase the awareness of business opportunities offered at a global level.

The managers for investment attraction of 17 American States took part to this informative event, meeting with many companies willing to discover something more about the USA market opportunities. Bees Communication participated as representative of the State of Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

Select USA started in Turin on 27th February, the fist leg of a 3-days roadshow which continued in Verona on 28th February and Florence on 1st March.

From 13th to 16th March Bees Communication was operative in Cannes, busy with the 29th edition of Mipim, the world’s leading property market exhibition of which Bees is the Italian Representative Office for both public institutions and private companies.

During this edition we were personally involved in three territorial marketing projects: the participation of Italy at the Italian Pavilion, engaging 10 regions, several territories and State agencies; and two specific projects dedicated to the Municipality of Bologna “Bologna Metropolitan Area” and the Municipality of Milan and Lombardy Region “Greater Milan and Lombardy Region” coordinated and supported by local institution and with the participation of many private companies.

It has been a very rewarding Mipim for Italy, which was endorsed with the victory of 3 Mipim Awards: two for Coima’s projects in the categories “Best Urban Regeneration Project” with Porta Nuova and “Best Office & Business Development” with Feltrinelli Foundation & Microsoft House and one for Prelios’ project in the category “Best Shopping center” with FICO Eataly Word.

An acknowledgement which represents a confirmation of Italy’s capacity to excel over world-class competitors in the Real Estate market.

At the same time, Bees has coordinated a communication campaign in Bologna for the Turkish company Ipekyolu, Istanbul Beauty’s organizer, in occasion of Cosmoprof, the international leader event for cosmetics and beauty trends, which was held in Bologna Fairground from 15th to 18th March.

Once back in Italy Bees Communication staff has welcomed the Government delegation of the State of Tennessee led by Bob Rolfe, Commissioner of the Department of Economic Development, visiting Italy.

Thank to our participation to Mecspe, the leading trade fair in the manufacturing industry held in Parma Fairground from 22nd to 24th March, the delegation had the chance to meet some manufacturing companies interested in institutional support and visited the factories of a few companies operating in our territory.

In closing such a busy month, we are ready to look forward, considering the forthcoming institutional visit of Pennsylvania state delegation and the promotion and support to the organization of Archmarathon, event focusing on architecture and design that will be held in Milan from 11th to 13th October 2018.
