The exhibition dedicated to the agri-food industry of Mare Nostrum returns to Rome for the third time.

And so Mercato Mediterraneo presents itself, as a qualified expository fair focused on the knowledge and on the social and economic value of the cultural exchanges and connections between the three continents that have contributed to the fame of the Mediterranean Diet: Europe, Asia, and Africa.

A meeting that is first and foremost professional, where the B2B opportunities will not be lacking, favoring direct contact between companies and buyers, both Italian and International so as to develop new commercial and export opportunities.

The program will be rich and articulated, as always, and will involve the participation of institutional representatives, scholars and experts concentrated on the four themes of this edition (Olive Oil, Polyphenols, Verde-Mare and Superfood-Kaffeina) with sustainability being the fundamental thread connecting them all together.

A particular focus will be represented by the current and ever more relevant theme of “Away From Home”.

Bees Communication, commercial partner with the organizers ‘Fiera Roma’, is promoting and supporting Mercato Mediterraneo that, this year, will occur alongside Excellence: Food Innovation, and Officine del Sapore two events that gather together in one week in Rome all of the Italian and International players in the food industry, from the small and medium-sized producers to the chief buyers GDO and HoReCa, and even Michelin starred chefs and industry associations.
